How to remove 'Powered by Blogger'

There are two ways to disappear the 'Powered by Blogger'


1. Remove gadget permanently

Attribute gadget is protected from removing. It's locked.


STEP 1: Release the lock

Go to Theme and Select 'Edit HTML' button

Click the 'Jump to widget' button, and select 'Attribution1'

Change the lock contribution to 'false'

STEP 2: Delete the gadget

Now, you can see the 'remove' button at the attribute gadget that was unavailable before

You can create Attribution gadget again whenever you want




2. Hide the gadget

You can 'hide' specific html ID by modifying CSS

Go to Theme, and click 'Customize' button

Advanced -> Add css -> #Attribution1 {display:none;}
